“ We've wanted to try this place for a while. Finally made it. Lots of people, so obviously popular. First you pick your base cooking liquid. We chose three different ones: Szechuan, Japanese and Thai. The Szechuan was very spicy even at medium heat level. Then you pick your proteins from a large buffet selection. More than enough choices, even for vegetarians, on the way back you can add more vegetables or noodles. When you get back to your table the liquids will be waiting and boiling. Cook away and enjoy! Worth a visit. Teppan grill is also available. ”
